SMS Messaging Terms

Last updated: March 18, 2026

1. Program Overview

Mason Mayfield LLC, doing business as Workflowr ("Workflowr"), provides IntakeOS, a customer care platform for home and field service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, appliance repair, and similar trades). When you contact a business that uses IntakeOS, you may receive service-related text messages regarding your request. These messages include appointment scheduling, confirmations, technician arrival updates, service coordination, and request follow-up.

No promotional or marketing messages are sent. All messaging is strictly related to your active service inquiry.

2. A2P Campaign Registration

Each business using IntakeOS has its own individually registered Application-to-Person (A2P) campaign. Workflowr acts as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and facilitates A2P registration on behalf of each business. The registration process consists of the following steps:

  • Brand Verification: The business's identity and legitimacy are verified with The Campaign Registry (TCR).
  • Campaign Review: The business's messaging use case, sample messages, and opt-in methods are submitted for review and approval.
  • Carrier Approval: Once the campaign is approved by TCR, it is submitted to mobile carriers for final approval and throughput provisioning.

SMS messaging will only become active for a business after the A2P campaign has been fully approved by the applicable carriers. No messages will be sent through the platform on behalf of a business until this process is complete.

3. How You Opt In (Consent)

You provide express consent to receive service-related text messages through one of the following methods:

Note: Workflowr is an ISV (Independent Software Vendor). SMS messages are sent on behalf of the specific business using IntakeOS. "[Client Business Name]" below refers to the individual business that the end user is interacting with.

3.1 Website Form Opt-In

When you submit a service request form on a business's website and manually enter your phone number, an optional SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default) appears adjacent to the phone number field with the following disclosure:

"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related text messages from [Client Business Name] regarding your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Privacy Policy: https://www.workflowr.ai/privacy. Terms: https://www.workflowr.ai/terms."

Submission of the form constitutes express consent. No pre-checked consent boxes are used.

3.2 Keyword Opt-In

You may opt in by texting START or YES to the business phone number. You will receive an automatic confirmation message with required disclosures and opt-out instructions.

3.3 Inbound SMS-Initiated Contact

If you text the business first to request service, the system immediately sends a disclosure message including the brand name, message frequency, message and data rates disclosure, HELP instructions, STOP instructions, and links to the Privacy Policy and Terms.

3.4 Verbal Consent

If you call the business and request text follow-up, the representative informs you that service-related messages will be sent, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Messages are only sent after you verbally agree.

4. Sample Opt-In Form
