How the work actually happens
Every recurring process is decomposed: what triggers it, what context it needs, which steps are mechanical, where judgment lives, and what people would never hand to a machine.
The division of labor
Each process is redesigned across the Workflowr operating model (Trigger → Context → Automate → Augment → Judge → Act → Measure → Learn), with every stage owned by software, AI, or a person.
Inside your existing tools
Workflowr implements the design in your own accounts, using the tools you already work in wherever practical. You keep ownership of every workflow, prompt, and credential.
Measure, then refine
Once a process is live, we look at what actually changed (time, failures, how often AI output is accepted or overridden) and refine the process from there.

Workflowr is technology-agnostic—Claude, ChatGPT, ordinary automation, APIs, n8n, Zapier, existing tools, or plain human process, whichever actually fits. Sometimes the right answer is not to automate something at all. Nothing here is sold as a standalone AI product; these are implementation primitives chosen to fit the problem in front of us.
