What should you never automate?

The default question people ask about AI is 'can it do this?' The more useful question is 'should it?'
Taste, judgment, relationships, and accountability don't scale the way execution does—and trying to automate them usually costs more than it saves. A founder's read on a sensitive customer conversation, a strategic bet, the decision to walk away from a deal: these are exactly the places where human involvement is disproportionately valuable, and where Workflowr designs AI to stay out of the way.
The useful exercise isn't listing what AI can technically do. It's mapping a business's actual work and asking, task by task, where a human's presence changes the outcome—and building the infrastructure so AI can reliably take everything else.
