Group by what was completed, what's in progress, and what's next. If there's a real risk or delay, say so directly in one sentence near the top, not buried at the end.

2.If no activity: draft says so plainly instead of fabricating progress

1.If the activity pull fails, skip the send rather than sending an empty or wrong update
